"The Starry Night", By Van Gogh

I am going to attempt to recreate this masterpiece by Van Gogh for my upcoming art project. This is very intimidating, being as I don't recall ever working with oil on canvas before. My recreation will be a modern spin on his classic masterpiece. Wish me luck and many prayers!!! I am starting on it this coming weekend...

Another Self Portrait (in Charcoal)

Second Self Portrait assignment in Art Class. I was very intimidated initially about using charcoal for this self portrait. I am VERY pleased with how it turned out. I think I may even like charcoal now!
